All reservations are based on availability, prices listed are guidelines subject to change.
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy
- Add an additional charge of $15 per person per guest room with a maximum occupancy of four guests (adults and / or children) per room.
- A charge for a rollaway bed is $15 per night. Maximum 1 rollaway per room.
- All guest rooms are subject to Maryland state taxes and hotel usage fees. The current taxes are: 14% plus $3.00 per room/night Usage Fee
- No charge for children under 12 sharing the same guestroom as parents or guardians.
- Our standard resort check-in time is after 3:00 PM
- Our required resort check-out time is prior to 11:00 AM. Additional charges apply for late check-outs.
- A credit card guarantee is required for all room reservations.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any and all reservations is required 3 days prior to arrival. The hotel will charge late cancellations and no-show reservations for one nights room rate plus applicable taxes.
